한국어 · 日本語

This English text is provided for reference only. The Korean version is the official document, and it prevails in the event of any discrepancy in interpretation.

Nimblebites (the “Company”) collects and uses users’ personal information as set out below in order to provide the PartyBrix game service (the “Service”), in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws of the Republic of Korea. Please read the following carefully before deciding whether to give your consent.

1. Purposes of Collection and Use

① Providing the Service and supporting smooth gameplay

② Identifying members, verifying identity, checking duplicate use, and managing accounts (including account linking)

③ Processing purchases and payments for paid content, withdrawal of subscription, and refunds

④ Ensuring service stability, responding to errors (bugs), and optimising systems

⑤ Preventing and sanctioning improper use (such as breaches of the terms of service or operational policy), and applying use restrictions

⑥ Handling customer enquiries and complaints, resolving disputes, and delivering notices and other communications

⑦ Fulfilling obligations under applicable laws and retaining usage records

2. Personal Information Collected

① Collected upon sign-up and account linking

② May be collected automatically while you use the Service

③ Collected when purchasing paid content

3. Retention and Use Period

① The Company retains and uses the collected personal information until the purposes of collection and use have been achieved, and destroys it without delay upon withdrawal of membership or once those purposes have been achieved.

② Where retention is required by applicable law, the information is kept for the period prescribed by that law:

③ Even after withdrawal of membership, the Company may retain a minimum set of information for a limited period, to the extent permitted by applicable law, in order to prevent improper use and respond to disputes. In such cases the retained items and periods are stated in the Company’s privacy policy.

4. Right to Refuse Consent and Consequences

① You have the right to refuse consent to this collection and use of personal information.

② However, the items above are essential to providing the Service, so if you refuse consent, sign-up and use of the Service will be restricted.

③ For children under the age of 14, personal information is collected and used only where the consent of a legal representative has been obtained; without such consent, use of the Service may be restricted.

5. Entrustment of Processing and Provision to Third Parties

① Where necessary to provide the Service, the Company may entrust part of the personal information processing to an external party. In such cases, the trustee and the scope of the entrusted work are disclosed in the Company’s privacy policy.

② The Company does not use users’ personal information beyond the scope of the purposes stated in this consent form, nor provide it to third parties. This does not apply where there is a special provision under applicable law or a lawful request from an investigative agency.

6. Other Matters

Any matter not specified in this consent form is governed by the Company’s privacy policy and applicable laws. How to exercise your rights — including requests to access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of your personal information — is explained in the Company’s privacy policy.

7. Governing Language

The Japanese, English and Chinese translations of this consent form are provided for reference only. In the event of any conflict between the Korean original and a translation, the Korean original prevails.
